
Therapy can be tough but incredibly rewarding. It's uncomfortable, confrontational and can challenge you in unique ways. That's okay. The toughest journeys are the most rewarding and lead to the most beautiful destinations, whatever your destination might be.

There are so many different treatments and models out there, and it can feel overwhelming trying to choose the right one. Everyone is unique, which is why I integrate a variety of modalities to find what works best for you.
My approach is personalised to fit your individual personality and specific needs. Together, we'll discover the most effective path to help you.

Practice description

I work in an open-ended, client-led environment. That means you are always in control of the experience. I currently offer online and telephone sessions.
​
How many sessions we have, and for how long, is entirely up to you. Therapy is about feeling change. When that happens and by how much is in your hands.
​
If you would like to work with me, we can arrange a discovery session. This is the chance for me to find out more about you, and more importantly, for you to understand if I'm someone you would like to work with.
​
If we continue to work together, I would then send over an agreement for you to read which sets out how we'd work together, expectations of you and me and all the other legal bits such as confidentiality.

Cost
£50 per session.
​
This includes a 50 minute therapy session either online or over the phone. And a PDF of your personalised 'Therapeutic Journal'. I update your journal regularly with your therapeutic goals, important insights, any tasks you commit to and plenty of useful resources to compliment your journey.
